RECOGNISE THE CHANCE TO CHANGE

To everything there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the Heaven. A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance. (Ecc. 3: 1-4).

The world, but especially Christians, is in a very unique season as times are changing and we are walking with purpose through the Bible in such a time as this. Our spiritual eyes and ears are becoming sensitive to the Holy Spirit as Word revelation is recognized we receive the chance to change to, Glorify, our Heavenly Father.

Our original purpose for being placed here on earth is to save souls; to lead people to God; to teach them how to develop a relationship with their Eternal Father.

Jesus said; “Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added.” However, there is one commandment above all commands; “Thou shalt love the Lord Thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love they neighbor as thyself.” This is the advice Jesus, himself, gave to us as He knew the end from the beginning.

What or who is love; Jesus Christ of Nazareth is love, the person. That means if I love Jesus and He resides in me and I reside in Him and He is love, then surely I should love my neighbor as myself, not so? Our inner man needs to cultivate a sensitivity of heart and take control of our soul to align itself with our Spirit and become one and only then can our body, our physical being express love. We therefore, become one in Jesus Christ, in Love.

Practicing the Fruit of the Spirit; love, long suffering, goodness, gentleness, peace, joy and faith is the character of Jesus. His lifestyle represents all these character traits which, as a born again Christian, should be second nature to us as we walk through the Bible. We receive revelation after revelation on Jesus’ parables, David’s Psalms, Solomon’s Proverbs and times and trials of our patriarchs, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob encouraging us in love as we walk in faith, into our future with Jesus. Operate above your flesh level as God manifests in your life to attract others to salvation.

We need to be real and sensitive to the world as that is where the bank of souls is gathering waiting for a word that will change their lives forever. The word, is the revelation that comes through Jesus, and HE is called Savior. We become the teachers of the word, encouraging the Saints to study the word, becoming sensitive to the sweet whisper of the Holy Spirit, opening eyes and ears to the truth of every word printed in the Bible. Between you and the Holy Spirit scriptures will come to life as you experience God as a loving Father who sacrificed Jesus His only begotten Son, to give all access to a real person and a real place called Heaven. Life never ends but eternity reigns in a perfect world; and all these things shall be added.

I firmly believe that if we love our staff and leadership their passion for the business would increase and drive them to deliver 110%. Love and respect starts from the top down not from the bottom to the top!

Leadership should be as approachable as Jesus was to the multitudes. He favored everyone and taught wherever possible. Let the Holy Spirit teach and guide you in this season to love and respect your staff so your business can grow the way it has been predestined!
